At Text Groove, we’re on a mission to text-enable the studio phone number of every radio station in Canada and the US. We’re a communications application service provider that enables broadcasters to better engage their audience through SMS on their existing phone line.

Your Role:

Text Groove is looking for a Customer Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our broadcast clients. Our perfect candidate is the day-to-day contact for our existing radio station customers. You’re responsible for driving customer success, educating them on our platform and best practices that enable them to run stronger promotions and better engage their audience.

Beyond this, our Customer Success Manager will build out our knowledge base and work to ensure all our clients are able to make the most of the Text Groove platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist our existing customers in realizing the full value of the Text Groove product.
  • Engage new customers and assist with onboarding and training.
  • Provide the first response to customer support tickets and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Identify common customer inquiries and write documentation to address these.
  • Identify clients willing to participate in case studies and provide references for sales teams.
  • Track the overall health of accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate risk.
  • Communicate across internal teams to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
  • Manage Text Groove social media platforms to showcase our customer’s use of our platform.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SaaS or radio promotions experience
  • Proven ability to establish and build effective working relationships with a client-first mentality
  • Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn fast and achieve goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
